Therapy in California

For Anxiety, Trauma, Childhood Abuse & Neglect, and Emotional Regulation

Compassionate therapy that helps you feel grounded, connected, and releived.

I believe in the power of connection, curiosity, and growth.

I help people who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, negative thoughts and beliefs, emotional overwhelm ,and who have experienced childhood trauma and abuse/neglect and trauma.

I also help those who struggle in relationships learn how to trust and navigate conflict.I specialize in trauma, borderline personality patterns, anxiety, and complex PTSD—often rooted in early life experiences.

Therapy can be a space to feel seen, understood, and supported as you navigate overwhelming emotions, complicated relationships, or the weight of the past.

Together, we work to help you:

Understand your emotions without judgment or shame

Build lasting change and healthier coping strategies

Reconnect with your authentic self beyond labels or diagnoses

Develop stable, meaningful relationships with yourself and others

My approach is flexible, collaborative, and grounded in compassion and warmth.Together, we’ll get curious about the parts of you that react, worry, or shut down — using IFS/Parts work to understand where those patterns come from and heal at the root. You’ll learn practical tools from DBT to manage big emotions and CBT to shift unhelpful thoughts — all within a space that focuses on understanding you, not labeling you.

Hi, I'm Laura.

In a past life, I worked in entertainment marketing in Los Angeles—on paper, it looked like a “dream life,” but beneath the surface, I was struggling with anxiety, overthinking, and feeling like I had to keep up appearances. Therapy changed how I understood myself, how I navigated relationships, and how I approached life. That experience inspired me to help others find clarity, connection, and steadiness in their own lives—without reducing anyone to a label or diagnosis.

Now, as a therapist, I guide people through anxiety, trauma, and complex emotional patterns in ways that are practical, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity.I aim to create a space that feels safe, flexible, and supportive—a space where you can explore, experiment, and learn new ways of being without judgment. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and a belief in your capacity to grow, adapt, and reconnect with yourself.

If you’re looking for a collaborative, compassionate approach to counseling that honors your whole experience, I’m here to walk alongside you.
